Outplacement providers, supervised by the Holden Transition Centre, deliver services to ensure employees have appropriate résumés, interview skills and awareness of where to find employment opportunities. Employment placement providers appointed will directly match exiting employees with employers.
Workers are also eligible for the Automotive Industry Structural Adjustment Programme which provides additional employment assistance through Job Services Australia.
