There are three Workforce Development Centres available to assist Victorian supply chain workers; Geelong, the North Western Centre in Broadmeadows and the South Eastern Centre in Dandenong.

Mobile “pop-up” delivery is available when required, including in the western suburbs and Port Melbourne.

This assistance is available to all supply chain employees of businesses with 50% or more revenue from auto manufacturing.

Workforce Development Centres

There are three Workforce Development Centres:

  • Geelong
  • the North Western Centre in Broadmeadows
  • South Eastern Centre in Dandenong.

Each Workforce Development Centre offers a ‘one-stop shop’ front for employees and their families in transition with access to a suite of services:

  • Careers and professional information
  • Training advice and support
  • Workshops and information sessions
  • Information on job opportunities
  • Referral to other services

The above services are offered by the Workforce Development Centres in both one-on-one and group sessions.
