Skills and Jobs Centres are available to assist Victorian supply chain workers. There are five centres that specialise in supporting supply chain workers; in Dandenong, Chadstone, Broadmeadows, Sunshine and Geelong.
This assistance is available to all automotive supply chain employees.

There are five Skills and Jobs Centres that specialise in supporting automotive supply chain workers:
Each Skills and Jobs Centre offers a ‘one-stop shop’ front for employees and their families in transition with access to a suite of services:
- Careers and professional information
- Training advice and support
- Workshops and information sessions
- Information on job opportunities
- Referral to other services
The above services are offered by the Skills and Jobs Centres in both one-on-one and group sessions.
Career and Transition Advice Services (CTAS)
Independent career advisors have been engaged by the Victorian Government to provide Victorian employees of the automotive supply chain with personalised professional career planning and reskilling options. CTAS can be offered in the workplace or from a Skills and Jobs Centre.
Extended entitlement to the Victorian Training Guarantee (VTG)
Employees of the Victorian automotive supply chain have been given greater access to government subsidised training.
